Watsup guys! It's 12:10 just past midnight here and a recap of today and yesterday. With vacation bible school, the kids were fun yesterday making crafts and what not, then the girls actually had like a spa day for the women...unknown to them and us was that most of them work in a beauty type shop in their off time. So they might have had concerns over some stuff they were doing. Today we took the kids to the aquarium and saw lots of cool fish and penguins otters snakes and almost everything. Again I can't put pics up here so the few I have will go in Facebook. In the evening we split up the women went with Annie and I went with Jeff. We went to their version of life groups which was all in Thai literally no translation at all haha. Then we walked around the red light district and he showed me exactly what they are fighting against. Some of the girls were obvious and some just looked like regular people but they all tried to get your attention either by speaking English or physically touching you as you walk by. He took me into a hotel run by the Uzbek mafia where allot of trafficking goes on and we actually saw a transaction taking place in the lobby, and then he took me downstairs to see a Turkish bathhouse where literally women are lined up in what is like a glass store front and on display. Jeff said that the girls had numbers and all the guys have to do is see what they want and ordered a number. Each girl is a number there. Thankfully the time and day we went he said it wasn't busy so there wasn't much going on because to be honest I didn't really wanna see it. It's one thing to know it goes on and to say a simple 15 second prayer but after seeing the way Jeff's ministry empowers and builds up the women and then seeing where they come from and the girls that are still in it, you can't just say a simple prayer...the conscious won't rest...at least I hope it wouldn't. Also just a side note I found out the reason we are doing Vacation bible school is because during the school year the kids go back to the country with their grandparents due to financial burdens and also because the grandparents receive $ from the parents and don't wanna give that up. So the only time the kids would get to know about Jesus is through vacation Bible School. Kinda makes me wanna try harder. Anyway that's all for today I'll see you tommorrow.

Hey guys it's 5:33 am in Bangkok and just wanted to let everyone know about why it hasn't been going so smooth update wise lately. In order to get anything off the camera I need to install software on the computer downstairs however it only installs in Thai so shortly after its finished I can't really do anything and we don't have enough time for Jeff our guide to sit with me for an hour each day just translating. And from the iPad I can only upload video, that being said I will have to use the iPhone like I said earlier. Anyway recapping yesterday, we went to Vacation bible school for the first time and the kids are pretty cool. We played games and stuff yesterday and for the most part were well behaved co considering the language barrier. Afterwards we went to the nightlight base and got a tour and were able to talk to Annie and all I can say is WOW, I would not have believed the stuff she told us unless I was there. After what the have told us which I'm sure is just a sneak peek the entire team is already noticing purchases left and right, I saw about a 70+ older man standing within an inch and whispering to a girl younger than me!! It's disgusting, the other day Jeff gave us a statistic that the $ that is spent on the sex industry is equal to 90% of the governments budget for Bangkok, think about that that budget for a 13 million population city almost equalled? He also stated that when you add in trafficking it goes beyond 100%, and it is just stupid to think that the gov. Is not in on it. I asked him bluntly, did the sex trade industry build Bangkok and he said if you look at it as a whole then yes. You've got the Chinese mafia the Uzbekistan mafia you've got the Russian mafia and with all of these people running everything from prostitutes to the beggars to the business to even tourist spots. I am still in shock with all of it really. I won't even talk about the spiritual attacks and battles Jeff and Annie have bad I will just say that Annie could put out a series of movies that would top the exorcist and all others like it hands down, no doubt in my mind. She really needs to write a book or something lol. Anyway I could write for days about the stories I've heard and what has happened in the first couple days, o ya I woke up this morning feeling great lol I think I was just dehydrated and appreciate all the prayers. First day.

Hello world! It is 7:42 am here in Bangkok, and I am finally able to update the blog. I only have about 45 mins to write this so it will have to be short. On our first full day we began by having breakfast and then we went to the Baiyoke SkyView, it is the tallest building in the city. I have a video from that on facebook soon. Then we took the trains to a long tail boat and from there we went to the temple of reclining Buddha.....wow it is so ornate and detailed and huge!!!!!! Also have a video of that on Facebook soon, and then we had lunch at a mall type thing no vids from that. And about this time I began feeling queezey and hada huge headache, prolly dehydrated, shortly afterwards we went to dinner at a very nice place called Kineree Restaurant, I ended up leaving about 20 mins in due to illness lol. Now we are preparing for the first day of vacation bible school and Cahpel with the Night Light women. I will fill you guys in later on tonight prolly round 6-9pm Thai time/6-9am us time.
